1. Returns and refunds
1.01. Within the EU (including Switzerland), customers who are not entirely satisfied with their product have the option of returning the item within 14 days of receipt. All exchanges of merchandise, model or size can be made within 14 days of receipt of the items. The returned product must be in perfect condition, unworn, unused and unwashed. Exchanges will only be accepted if products are returned with the original labels still attached to each product. Furthermore, the original receipt accompanying the shipment must be sent with the returned products.

2. Conditions of Referral
Pack your item(s) in the original box, thus helping us to limit the environmental impact. Write "Returned Goods" on your package.
Returns / exchanges should be sent to the following address: LEA & JOJO Sàrl, 13 Chemin Pra Novy, 1782 Belfaux, Fribourg, Switzerland. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit, so please use a registered service to make sure they arrive safely. Upon receipt of the goods, we will take care of all follow-ups and will pass on any additional requests we might have, if required.
The return costs are at your expense (see general conditions. Point 2.02 Return Fees). We will not be able to track orders, but if you have any questions, we will be happy to assist you.
For all claims related to a defect in the goods (other than natural wear and tear (see general conditions - point 3. Claims)) or a delivery error on our part, we will bear any additional costs.
If your order was paid with a credit card, the money will be credited on the same card used at the time of purchase. If you used PayPal, the money will be paid to your PayPal account. These transactions can take between 3 to 10 business days.
We will notify you when we have accepted your return and transferred the money.
2.02. Return fees
LEA & JOJO is not responsible for the shipping charges that may be incurred for the return of a product. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible; no later than 30 working days after receipt of returned products. The refund will be made on the credit / debit card you used for the order in question.
Please note that LEA & JOJO Sàrl will not reimburse any fees, taxes or other charges that may be incurred.
If you receive a damaged or defective item for which you wish to make a claim, please contact us as soon as possible at . For justified (justifiable?) claims, LEA & JOJO will assume full responsibility for any additional costs.

4. Right of Return
4.01. Our policy

4.02. Defective products
Items damaged by normal wear and tear are not considered defective. For defective items LEA & JOJO will reimburse you in full, including the costs of return within 30 days.
Whenever possible, we will recommend and attempt repairing defective items. If they cannot be repaired or if the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund, including shipping and return. If you wish to exchange a defective item, instead of obtaining a refund, we undertake to replace it with the same product subject to availability and in the same size only.
5. Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions and all disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Website or any purchase on the Site are governed by Swiss law. LEA & JOJO may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. You are therefore invited to accept only the General Conditions applicable at the time of purchase with each of your orders.

All rights, including copyrights on leajojo.com, remain with LEA & JOJO Sàrl. Any use of this website or its contents, including its copying or storage, partial or complete, other than for your personal and non-commercial use, is prohibited without our permission.
7. Pricing policy and charges
All prices in the LEA & JOJO Online Store do not include shipping charges. Shipping costs will be added to your order in the payment step and are based on the weight of the package and its destination. 8. How to buy online
8.01. Sending your order
Before proceeding to the payment, you can view your order (including the total amount and shipping charges) and make changes if necessary. You are bound by your order from the moment you accept the online offer from LEA & JOJO. These terms and conditions are applicable once the order is submitted and the payment confirmed on the site.
Please note that the order will be invalidated if LEA & JOJO cannot confirm the billing and delivery addresses you provide. We also reserve the right to accept orders only from persons over the age of 18.
We only sell items that we have in stock. Clothes can be sold during the purchasing session and stock availability will be updated once you reach the checkout. Please note that all prices and product information on are subject to change.
As our products are also available from shops other than our website , we cannot provide information about our products or guarantee their availability from our partners via the website. Some items seen online may be available, or may be sold, only in certain stores.
The online store is only available to customers who are in possession of a valid credit card by a card provider that is recognized by our online LEA & JOJO store. You are required to provide payment details of which you guarantee the validity and accuracy.
You also confirm that you are the person mentioned in the billing information provided. The total amount of the order will be verified and reserved on your credit card until delivery of the order from our warehouse. LEA & JOJO reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item, or orders, regardless the customer or mailing address.

You will receive an immediate online confirmation at the order confirmation stage via the website, as well as an email confirming your order from LEA & JOJO.
8.04. Changes to your order
Once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation email, you cannot make further changes to your order. If you would like to make changes to your order, or if you have made a mistake while registering the customer or address information when placing the order, it is your responsibility to contact LEA & JOJO Customer Service immediately by sending us an email on .
We accept payments by VISA / Mastercard or PayPal. When paying by credit or debit card, LEA & JOJO reserves the right to check the validity of the card, that the card has a sufficient balance to cover the amount of the purchase and that the contact information are correct. LEA & JOJO reserves the right to refuse any purchase. Full payment is charged when the package is shipped. Payment by credit card is made with our partner. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.

10. Delivery and shipment
The country of delivery is chosen at the time of payment. All prices, currencies, delivery times and shipping costs will be adjusted according to the country in which you wish your items to be shipped. LEA & JOJO is not responsible for all local taxes directly charged by the local authorities to the client. LEA & JOJO will ship the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the sequence in which they were received.
We ship all orders within 2 to 4 days (Monday - Friday) except during sales and peak commercial periods where it may take longer. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only, and start from the date of shipment. LEA & JOJO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures. If a delivery is delayed or cannot be shipped (stock limit or other), the customer will be notified as soon as possible, at the latest 30 days after the order. In this case, the customer will be able to cancel the purchase agreement without charge. LEA & JOJO will refund to the customer the amount paid as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after termination.
